Who is the Time Entry Portal for?
It is designed for Simplicity IT consultants and partner teams who need to track billable hours across multiple clients and projects.
How does billing work?
The Time Entry Portal is included with your Partner OS subscription at no additional cost. There are no per-user fees for time tracking.
Can clients see time entries?
Yes. Clients can be granted read-only access to view billable hours logged against their projects. They cannot modify entries or see internal notes.
Does it integrate with our PSA?
ConnectWise and HaloPSA integrations are planned for launch. We will sync time entries bidirectionally so you do not have to double-enter data.
Can I track non-billable time?
Yes. Every time entry can be classified as billable or non-billable. Non-billable time is tracked separately and excluded from client invoices but included in utilization reports.
Is there a mobile app?
The portal is a responsive web application that works on any device. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap for late 2026.
